Are your leads captured in real-time?
Yes, all of the leads that go up for sale are real-time leads. This means that when you receive an email that a new lead is available for purchase, the prospect (lead) just finished filling out a request for a long term care insurance quote.

How much does a lead cost?
A lead costs $19.95 dollars.  We verify the phone number of each lead, but if there is a problem with the lead you will be able to request a refund.  Please see our refund policy below.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will be issued for the following reasons only:
  • Bad phone number.
  • Agent posing as a prospect. (The agent posing as a prospect must be a licensed health agent who is able to sell LTCI.)
  • They are mistakenly looking for long term disability insurance.
  • If they are a son or daughter looking for a parent, and the son or daughter an uninsurable questions on the lead form incorrectly.

Are there a minimum number of leads I must purchase or an agreement/contract I need to sign to buy leads from you?
No, there is no minimum purchase required nor is there an agreement/contract you must sign.

How do I buy leads?
It is easy. All you need to do is register, and this gives you a user name and password. Once you have registered with our site, you will be emailed a note that new lead(s) from the states you specified are available for purchase. You can then decide whether to buy them or not.

How do I buy leads from just my local area within my home state?
When you receive the email for a lead it will show the state and area code. This will enable you to only focus on the leads that are in your local area and important to you.

Can I buy leads from multiple states?
Yes, simply specify all of the states you would like to purchase leads from and you will receive notices when new leads are available for purchase in these states.

What email address will the leads come from?
Your leads will be sent from support@longtermcareinsleads.com In order to make sure you are receiving all the leads please whitelist this address in your email client.

What do I do if I forget my username?
You can click on the link at the bottom of the LogIn page .  From there you will be asked to submit the email address you signed up with.  Your user name will then be emailed to you.

What do I do if i forget my password?
Once on the LogIn page you will see a "Forgot Your Password" section.  You will be challenged with the password question you originally set up.  Once you successfully respond your password will be emailed to the email address we have on record.
